Week 3 and all is ... well?

As for the readings, I noticed there was a lot being said between the lines on tech. implementation in the 2017 report: mainly that the rest of the world (excepting Britain) is making great strides in doing innovative and creative things at the occasionally drag a U.S. higher education institution along for the ride.
That's kind of depressing, but not a huge surprise. Still a low turnout on this blog; I would encourage everyone to comment more but if you are reading this you probably WILL comment, even if only to screw with me!
Personally, I defend my dissertation proposal on Thursday; serious nerves involved here. On a more personal note, the Lego Titanic arrived today so that will be 9090 pieces of construction fun for a while.
