Wisps of tufted blonde gathered gently under the security of her sunhat, collected steps into the familiar town softened by the spring kissed grass about her. It was simpler her than the rest of the world — that much she cared to remember in her time away. However, something left stray from the last departure.
There had yet to be a warning.
She never said she was leaving again.
That was, and might have been, the fascination of guilt treading unfamiliar territories of her mind, blossoming akin to the collection of colors already before her.
Red, Green, Blue — had they worried for her? The thought strung a flower in each curl of her headpiece, petals mimicking that of the spectrum the three of them had. One red, a tulip; one blue, a daisy; one green, a budding dandelion yet to show itself to the sunshine.
Though the sunflower was missing, she'd be held dear.
"——Hey, guys..."
