The final piece in my collection of unaired Cyborg Kuro-chan anime stuff. A double-page piece from a magazine made to promote episode 70. This was originally featured in the March 2001 issue of Kodansha TV Magazine, with some of the blurbs mentioning that this episode would not be airing on TV.
I'm guessing this, like the 68 promo, was sent to publishers before the show was cancelled, but the magazine was likely not finalised until after they received the news. Brave of them to do that in a way. Also the limited colours compared to the 68 promo is a result of the way the artwork was printed, in case you're wondering.
