Not from Greece, but I went there last year! There's tons to see in Athens, but depending on how much you like long train journeys (about 5-6 hours each way from Athens) and epic scenery, I'd recommend the Meteora :) Also went on a three island day cruise while I was there, that was well worth it. Can also recommend a good restaurant or two if need be :)
I would be really grateful for recommendations of what to see (and where to eat :D) in Athens! I will be staying there for 9 days. And I’m all for long journeys and epic scenery!
