Ottomas/Hart, Day 85, Part 3
Candy: Have you been to sleep?
Candy: Don't say you've just been lying there watching me sleep.
Candy: I'm not made of glass, Peter. You don't need to watch me all the time.
Peter: You don't look well, though.
Candy: I do ache all over. I think I'll have a bath - and no, I don't need you to run it. Go to sleep or something.
Peter: Maybe later. Maybe I'll give Stone a bath upstairs.
Candy: Good idea. She smells.
Peter: Your Candy may not be made of glass, but she's looking pretty fragile right now, Stone...
Candy: Wha... what time is it?
Peter: Half past four... just gone.
Candy: I just came to watch some TV - I must've fallen asleep.
Peter: Why don't I get you more comfortable in the bedroom?
Candy: Sounds like a plan.
Peter: You want something to eat? It's a bit early for breakfast, but you can have some breakfast if you want? Or some more of that soup?
Peter: You're not, though. I don't like that cough. Let me call a doctor out-
Candy: No way. It's Nell's birthday - that's the most important thing happening today.
Peter: Your health's important too, though. The rest of us have been over that cold for ages now, but you've still coughing and you're even more tired than normal, and-
Candy: No doctor, Peter. I mean it. If I'm still not feeling right tomorrow you can call someone, but not today. Nell's birthday comes first.
Candy: Can you help me get back into bed? I think I need some more sleep. As do you.
