The Ottomases
I know, I know. This is the hard mode of The Sims 2. But I love this family. Ever since the Seasons EP when Samantha would birth those twins (and they'd corrupt your game because some random dog was the dad now).
Ahh, memories...
So playing them feels like home to me. I'm learning all of these new faces and then I play the Ottomases and I go, "Yes! Chaos! Ugly babies! Samantha is tired af and Peter still has the audacity to want to woohoo when she is THAT pregnant with twins!"
Anyway...
I always played Pleasantview so I'd stick them there or Bluewater Village or Downtown (which was something with those tight rooms!).
But with the neighbors, I can see why they fit best here in Riverblossom Hills.

...And Erin Beaker?
...And Dina?? Shit. She's really on the prowl for a rich husband. Girl is keeping her options open. Trust me, Dina, Peter has his hands full. You don't wanna go there with this family.
