Mitski Situation?
A user on here accused Mitski of being involved in sex trafficking and sexually abused them for 10 years. And this was like... early 2019... I was looking for any updates on the situation but all the articles (which is Mitski denying the whole thing) are from April. A freelance journalist on this site was contacted by the accuser and said the whole thing was fraudulent. But other than that I haven't seen any other posts, mainly from the people who inserted themselves in this thing the first place...

Okay soooo.
You know how with every show, people always joke about “Okay this show but instead with this minor twist”? This chick did that with Queer Eye, but with lesbians called Butch Pal For A Straight Gal. And what should have been just a regular post on Tumblr, the OP of that post decided to make an actual kickstarter and crowdfunding for it. Within two (2) days they got their goal of $15k.
Not even going to go into detail of a 17 year old spoke up and said the whole thing sounded like scam with what very little information this show even has, and the Butch Pal group dogpiled the kid and threaten to sue for harassment or whatever. The 17 year old ended up backing down and the group (of mind you almost 30 year olds) is acting like they are victims of abuse from such a rapid child.
If that wasn’t enough of a red flag it’s the fact that the group, (calling themselves the Fish 5. (Get it? Either “fish” like trans women/drag queen slang or “fish” as in smelly vaginas)) has no mention of actual legitimacy of the show. As in, no mention of when or even if they pitched the show to a network. Or talks of speaking with the owner of the Queer Eye show rights owner to make a spin off. Or let alone a script. To further that, $15k for just a pilot episode is nothing. And even then you need the permission from the company that owns Queer Eye to make a spin off.
The entire show they thought of it simply Queer Eye but with lesbians but beyond that they have no other important information. People who have degrees in advertisement, screenwriting, etc are all saying that based on this information they don’t ever see Butch Pals being anything other than a total scam or a naive overambitious project.
