A friendly reminder that endogenics can be incredibly varied!

There are endogenics who see their plurality as tied to their spirituality, culture, or religion.

There are endogenics who are partially traumagenic and may identify as mixed origin.

There are endogenics who have DID, OSDD, or a different dissociative disorder.

There are endogenics who have trauma unrelated to their plurality.

There are endogenics who created their headmates on purpose.

There are endogenics who were born this way, or see themselves as having been born with the capability of becoming plural without trauma.

There are endogenics who primarily use psychological/medical models to define and explain their plurality.

And perhaps most surprising to some, there are endogenics who can be more than one of the examples above at the same time!

This isn't meant as a vague post, I just wanted to make a quick reminder because I feel like some people may have misconceptions about what it means to be endogenic. To be endogenic, it just means that part or all of your system wasn't created by trauma! That's all. There can be many other components that vary from system to system, but no two systems are exactly alike.
