Kinda. I can see that, too, but in Romeo and Juliet, they die. In Warm Bodies, there’s the Stockholm Syndrome, if you let her go she’ll come back to you, and transformation tropes, so it reminds me more of Beauty and the Beast. It’s a combination because I know that the names were chosen with Romeo and Juliet in mind, not to mention the balcony scene. I just think more than one classic story was the inspiration.
