the specific person i care about has been there for me for years, i just never realized it till i actually opened my eyes. they had been there, and comforted me, and have shown me so much love that i wish i had returned to them so much sooner. i met them through here on tumblr, when i began rping as mattie for the first time ever, it took a while for a friendship to really start there but eventually it did, and now its still continuing to grow and for that i am so thankful. so very very thankful.

It's a remake of the blood testing scene from The Thing (1982). It's a great movie which you should really see in its entirety, but if you just want to see what that video drew from, here's most of the original scene. You can see it's almost shot for shot.
