LOVE this spicy and sweet @Appleton1749 cocktail: . 2 oz Appleton Estate Signature 3 sprigs peppermint 1 oz pineapple cubes 1 Jamaican honey 1/2 oz lime 1 small piece scotch bonnet pepper Muddle lightly, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
