Me and Tikaani competed in canicrossing the other day. It was very hot so she didn’t pull very much, but luckily she helped me up the many short but steep hills in the track. We ended up on a 16th place out of 50 comeptitiors and I was the 6th best woman out of around 30. I’m pleased with that!

Running with your dog or canicrossing is probably (except for binging on Belgian chocolate) one of the most pleasureful activity one can think of. ☝️ If you never tried it, imagine going for a run with a friend who follows your pace, is incredibly happy to get out with you, never complains and should you decide to go all-out will follow your every step.
