Another successful group dog walk today, only four of us though, but Joe happily trotted alongside a working lab, a cocker spaniel and a chihuahua/daschund cross! The only hitch was when a herd of 14 fallow deer ran across the path in front of us and Joe let out his traditional bloodcurdling howl, and the cocker was so stunned he wouldn’t move for the next thirty seconds 🤭
On another note, I’m really enjoying the facebook group ‘The Macau Greyhounds: Happy At Last’ where people across the world are showing lovely photos/vids of ex-Canidrome greyhounds settling into their new lives as loved pets. So happy!
