Stiles wasn't sure what had started the fire, but she had only laid down and closed her eyes for a moment and the next thing she knew the entire room was engulfed in flames and the smoke alarm was ringing loudly. She put her arm in front of her mouth and coughed deeply. All she knew was that she had to get out, but that would mean her possible death. Stiles had no choice though. There was no way she would die like this, not today. She mapped out a plan. First she would try the door and see how bad it was out there and if that didn't work then she would go out the window.

Placing her feet on the ground hesitantly, keeping an eye out for anymore flames, she followed a path where the fire seemed the lowest and tried to open the door. Locked. It wasn't locked when she came up here. Shrugging it off, Stiles knew she didn't have much time with the smoke as it was already making her dizzy. She started making her way to the window only to fall to the ground with a loud scream, that she was sure could be heard for miles, when the flames nicked the side of her leg and bottoms of her feet. Blocking out the pain Stiles forced herself to stand up and go to the window. Not bothering to wrap her arms first, she ripped the blinds away and started pounding one the window til it broke. The smoke was really getting to her now as she climbed out and closed her eyes tightly before letting go and landing on the ground with a thump.
