It's been one hell of a fuckin' week; missed work, 4 canker sores from stress, & pulled muscles! I had a hospital adventure today; I found out there's no need to worry about another stroke - but I do have what's called a Cervicogenic Headache 😔.
I got a prescription for a session with a massage therapist, I've had my cooling patches, cooling gel, Tylenol, and a whole lotta naproxen. Uhhh, I just want a full night's sleep again. (Oh, and the essential peanut butter cup).
Life lessons
Eating too much candy can give you tongue cankers. Important to know.
