FNV - Arcade Joins the Gang

Arcade meets a mentally disturbed mailman and takes it upon himself to try mitigate this maniac's mayhem across the Mojave.

I went through a few ideas for Arcade joining the group, but I like this one the most. The low int dialog you can use to get him to follow you is pretty funny. Six may not need help with staying alive and killing folk, but he does need some help forming anything close to resembling a moral compass. Arcade can *tryyy* and help with that.
