The latest episode in my personal series of "high pain day on top of baseline lousy executive function" stunts:

Realize you seriously need to pee after hours of trying to stay decently hydrated on a hot day, and head toward the bathroom.

"Oh yeah, I should probably take this partial load of sweaty laundry with me while I'm going in there already, to throw in the machine for later--before I forget again!"

Roll up on the toilet.

And, you may have guessed it! Nearly start cramming the lap load of clothes into the bowl. 🥴 In something of a rush, because bladder pressure.

Caught myself just barely in time.

Also, worst case? At least those were dirty clothes already, with the front loading machine situated pretty near the toilet. (Adding to the brain scramble, yeah.) Over an easily cleaned tile floor. 😅 Thankfully not relevant...on this particular occasion!

More great braining from a little while ago: I realized that I needed to use the bathroom, and should probably do that pretty soon.

So, that somehow came out of my mouth as "I really should go and pee somewhere." 🤔

One indication of the state of my brain today:

I ordered that light box the other day, along with some other item. In spite of checking the tracking page several times earlier today, I have no freaking clue what's in the other box now.

About to open it up and get a surprise! 🙄
