Tuesday Training 🛶
I decided (after a week of doing absolutely no training) to give squad training a crack. My shoulders/neck hadn’t felt sore since Sunday....thought I might be alright aye.
Nope. Nope. Nope.
I felt & heard something click at one point, and it hurt. I still didn’t have my own kayak so I used a wider boat than I’m used to.....so it was slower to turn but at least it wasn’t too hard like the boat I injured myself in. I’m giving my shoulders another week to recover....I feel so god damn lazy.

At my last shift before my holiday that starts tomorrow and my back is feeling niggly. It doesn’t hurt but it feel tight and like there’s a knot that needs to be massaged out....if that makes sense?
Maybe I should get a massage when I’m in Christchurch this week before the tournament this weekend. I’m super nervous about the tournament....I don’t wanna be injured beforehand or during it....not when I’ve worked this bloody hard
