Losing my sanity.

It's one of those nights when you're just laying in bed trying to sleep but your thoughts are so jumbled and you can't shake off the anxiety. It's not even the kind of anxiety about a silly break up or a bad grade in class. It's about your present actions and your future! How does anyone deal with this constant burden of over thinking? It's too overwhelming and the uncertainty has turned from exciting to dreadful.
