Sharky sped along the dirt roads, ATV going as fast as it possibly could. He was ready to set some of those Bliss fires aflame, and he was way too giddy about it.

Almost too giddy to notice the deputy.

“Whoa,” he shouted, swerving at the last minute. He slid the quad to a stop and glanced at the man.

“Where did you come from?”

Sneaks up behind Sharky and grabs him in a big hug. Nuzzles his face into the others neck a bit. "Hey there Firebug, you looked like you could use this. Did you miss me?" [cantstopthedevil]

He reached back and ran his fingers through Vash’s hair. “God, yes, I missed you. My crazy little deputy.”

Sharky’s mouth went dry as he watched Vash. Such a smooth back. He wanted to run his tongue along the other man’s spine and leave marks as often as possible.

“If you only knew how nice the view is from here.”

Shutting closed a hardcover bible of Edens Gate, with a single hand, John smiled appeased with himself as he stood at the front of the alter taking in a deep breath and smelling the dust that had collected on the window sills and high above.

Silence was all he heard for a few minutes, his speech about Edens Gate had been one that was filled with energy, his voice had boomed through and echoed off the walls, creating an eerie sense. But all for one purpose.

Before him kneeling was a man with white fair hair, looking up at him with eyes full of interest. The Deputy, he was not an easy one to tame, not will he ever be tamed by anyone. Like a wild stallion at heart, the Vash was full of energy and at times stubborn as can be.

Yet the words of the Father caught his attention and with that, John used it all against the innocent Deputy. To sway him by the use of manipulation and get him to Join Edens Gate. For love can be such a twisted game and John knew that all too well. Exploiting it was one of his many fine skills and of course with Vash it was nothing but an end game.

In truth as John looked down at Vash and smiled, he too knew there was a connection there. One that made the Baptist slightly afraid, but also addicted. Perhaps it was the casual midnight meets in the dark where no prying eyes could see, or maybe it was the constant reminder that there was safety around Vash when he stood guard.

Either way John Seed extended his hand towards the Deputy, a gesture of friendship and perhaps more. For the Baptist was not known for his kinder side, but even so there was always a twist.

“ You have done so very well. I am thankful and believe that the Voice sent you to me, as fate would see fit. With us you have done so much more then you ever would out there in that so called world of social media and trends that control others. By my side we will go far. Far more then a Deputy Rookie serving at a falling and corrupt filled sheriffs department. For you have embrace the power of Yes. “
