“How peculiar, what have you done to the light of your soul?”
@cantusi started following you.
The worst part of waking up is the part where Seidou’s still unsure of where ey is, or how long ey’s been unconscious for. There’s a throbbing in eir skull, accompanied by the sound of regrets echoing around in there as well.
It takes a moment to take inventory--wrist, sprained (right); phone, screen shattered, no battery (shit); quinque case, seal broken, but still useable; douhi (present and accounted for)--but it’s done, and Seidou forces emself to stand.
“Well...” Ey says, mostly to emself, as a way to keep a reminder that ey’s alive, “let’s see if I can find a town. There’s gotta be something out here.” And with that, Seidou begins walking, unsure of where to go.

So many things went through her mind at that point, so many things that realistically she didn’t even understand a single one of them. So many thoughts rampaged, so many emotions soared and burned that it physically hurt her, but the pain was welcomed. Memories long sealed, thoughts and emotions, kindnesses and existences, a boy so strong and so gifted yet so tortured. So kind and so warm yet so closed off.
"I remember that there was something locked away, something that I should remember! Something.....something.....it hurts, oh how it hurts, why does it hurt so much to hear your voice! Why can’t I remember!”
