My goal in life was to find peace. Chaos was everywhere, my heart was filled with pain, I was attracting toxicity.
But I found peace. I learned to forgive myself and all the people who traumatized or hurt me. I learned to move on and become stronger. I created a better life for myself through hard work, learning, and doing what needed to be done.
Now that I found peace, my goal is to keep it, in a world full of distractions.
We are wired to sabotage ourselves, considering all the tools available to us.
It’s harder than ever to keep doing the right things, to keep healthy habits and stay away from bad habits.
But doing the hard things is good.
Being uncomfortable is good.
We need these in order to grow. Otherwise we remain ‘victims of fate'.
