I've dealt with anxiety for YEARS...
But I was nowhere near the mental issues that my brother and cousins were dealing with, so I convinced myself I didn't need a therapist. Well a couple weeks ago I finally determined I needed to talk to someone after multiple attacks this year. So I made an appointment and they mailed me some paperwork. I was feeling ok today, so I figured I would get started on it. Lo and behold my anxiety is back and hearing top level again. So I am going to ignore my homework, read some fanfiction, eat my feelings, and countdown the days till my appointment and try to stave off the anxiety trying to claw its way out of my chest like Alien. Oh did I mention we have no running water due to a main line break last night?
