7. Your character walking in on mine making a shady transaction. 

As I walk downtown in Hasetsu, I see Cao Bin.  “Hey!”  i say, but then I realize he’s with someone else.  This guy looks suspicious.  You know the type, hood over his face, worn out jeans, holding out an envelope.  They seem too close for anything legal.
