The singing bowl is named EarthSpace. Humans, animals and plants all need space on Earth. Else there is suffering. Suppression of nature, or our inner nature, leads to dysfunction and suffering. We should allow ourselves to feel and experience emotion. We should give others the space to the same. We are in Earth space. Earth is also in space. There is a whole universe out there. Yoga Training Sunday 2 December for a rudimentary though important exploration of Western anatomy and physiology, and basics of a yogic approach to better know, and understand, the BodyMInd. The guest lecturer is Sandra Smit, doctor of homoeopathy, and a cranio-sacral therapist, who will also help us explore and experience spinal health. We place our knowledge in the wisdom of our magnificent Chakra System, including practice of the Seed Mantra for Chakra Activation, and connect all this to our asana, pranayama and other hatha yoga meditation techniques. The complete hatha yogi knows that the agility of asana practice enhances sitting poses, to render meditation more comfortable, energised, focussed and expansive.
