the mental image of Capitano holding things for me while I'm getting settled in and comfy on the couch or bed is so sweet. Hmm I think it depends on the context! Piggybacks can be really fun and because of the shape of his armour I imagine I'd have a really good grip so he wouldn't need to hold me, I'd just be clinging to him like a backpack! If I'm being a little shit I might get scooped up potato or bridal style in one arm, or if I'm having a particularly needy day, he'll pick me up and set me on his hip like I'm a little kid and I'll just cling to him like a koala!! Though also if he just wants me out of the way, he picks me up by grabbing under my arms, lifting me, then setting me down wherever he wants me. He's like a mama cat.
I love the idea of being there for Capitano to come home to - he's not much of a socialiser, so our time together involves a lot of parallel play - we may exchange a few words about our day, but overall we're both not super talkative a lot of the time (though I certainly have my moments). I don't know how to braid hair (and I headcanon Capitano with a hair type that is Very Different from canon) but I'd do my very best to learn because it'd be such a nice soothing wind-down activity for us both. I imagine I'd be sitting on the couch, and Capitano would just plonk down on the floor between my legs with a mug of coffee and we could watch a show together while I braid his hair (or just play with it depending on the kind of coordination I have that day)

🌌- what was your first date like?
Ayato - honestly, the way I imagine ayato and I is mostly in an arranged marriage type thing (I have a differently designed sona for it and everything khsjfsdj). our first 'date' i guess would be considered the boat trip back from watatsumi island (where the wedding took place) and we drank ginger tea and chatted about folklore and mythology <3
Capitano - i've never really thought about it much, but i'd imagine our first date would probably be some sort of nature walk/hike where we just chat whenever the mood strikes us and i point out cool stuff i see while he just nods politely <3
Diavolo - i. also imagine being in an arranged marriage with him in most scenarios, but outside of those scenarios, in an AU in which im just a normal exchange student, i think our first 'date' would be where im infodumping excitedly to someone else (probably lucifer, satan or solomon) about how dia's demon form looks like it might be a dragon and im all fascinated by that and barbatos overhears and relays it to dia, who then invites me to an afternoon tea and tells me im allowed to ask whatever i like <3 though even given that opportunity it Would still turn into me infodumping about dragons
Lucifer - he's a very traditional sort, he's very careful to make sure none of our regular hangouts could be misconstrued as dates until both of us are entirely ready (which id totally misread as him friendzoning me and be sad about). but the first date he makes a reservation at a nice restaurant and works really hard to make it this Whole Memorable Thing but honestly i still consider our first date to be that time he let me pace around his study and infodump about my favourite book series for 40 minutes while he nodded politely and did paperwork.

Capitano - Black Bear (by Black Bear) sort of gives me him vibes, and the kind of wistfulness and envy the singer has towards the bear just. vibes. and also the way i write him. he is literally a black bear. so thats kind of funny
Diavolo - ok i have a few songs that vibe with this ship but there's a specific one that gave me SUCH brainrot recently about an au in which he and i are like hades and persephone and theres just SUCH a vibe and aesthetic surrounding it that makes me INSANE. Ayato - the estate beloved <3 but also i could see us having a holiday home in liyue, since its where we went for our (very belated) honeymoon and we liked it a lot !!

Diavolo - I think he'd be very emotionally attached to the Demon Lord's Castle but I could also see us getting a sort of smaller, more modern style house closer to the main bulk of the Devildom where we end up spending a lot of our time.
Lucifer - He's very attached to the House of Lamentation and despite all his complaints he and his siblings are pack bonded and if they're separated they'll all die of loneliness and broken hearts (and also his siblings are too dumb to survive more than a few days without him), but I could see us having basically the inverse of Diavolo's in which we get a small place in the human world or something that we can stay in for a few days at a time just to get away from things!

2. Rock — What's something you and your f/o are proud of each other for?
I'd be very proud of him for adapting so well to human life and behaviours and the little intricacies of socialisation, as well as his crazy good memory!!
I think he'd be proud of me every time i left the house without having some form of meltdown, or made it through a conversation without hiding behind him skdjfhjksfd,, no but fr he probably admires my general drive to sort of Keep Going
9. Musicals — What colors/sounds/scents remind you and your f/o of one another?
He'd associate me with orange, first and foremost (99.9% because of my hair), but secondarily, purple and turquoise. Not for any sentimental reason, but because the Melusines found out that those are my favourite colours and remind him like eight times a week kjshdfjkdfs -- he doesn't seem like the type to have much of a crossover between certain senses. I actually imagine him to have a pretty strong case of aphantasia, so those links just don't come naturally to him - because of this, he's also an extremely literal person. I'm to be associated with the general commotion i kick up whenever i'm nearby (see previous post), but also the chatter of overexcited melusines and imitations of the little chirps and purrs they make.
I associate him with blues, whites and that tarnished sort of gold colour he wears. Maybe a cloudy sort of grey. He's got a snake scale sort of texture but also a very smooth soft one. I associate him with the sound of a clock and work being done at a desk, the smell of rain, and the tapping of his cane.
10. Gaming tracks — What is a core memory or a memory you will never forget with your f/o?
Core memories would probably include how we met (which mostly just vibes to me as like. i testified in a trial as a witness or whatever and Freaked It(tm) and he called for a recess and comforted me n was like nice.
Outside of that, I imagine him introducing me to the Melusines as his partner for the first time was also a very memorable moment for us <3

3. Folk — What's something funny your f/o has done or said, or a moment that has made you laugh?
I imagine he and I both have these very dry senses of humour, and our 'back and forth' can be a little confusing to those who aren't familiar. One that always gets me is when i make him carry something of mine that's very outwardly soft and kind of cutesy, so it clashes horribly with his whole dark-and-brooding aesthetic.
though, one piece of one of my fics does come to mind as being pretty amusing/silly

"Applesauce?!" Rowan blinked and set a hand on his chest in mock-offence. "I wanted to be something cool, like a jam, or-or a candy! Not baby food."
"You like applesauce." Capitano observed simply.
"Okay. Yeah. True, I guess." Rowan's cheeks flushed. "Guilty as charged. But I'm changing your answer to 'raisins' instead."
"I see." Capitano reached over to retrieve the last few items from the bag so he could put them away.
"You're s'posed to be upset about that, by the way." Rowan tipped his chin up as he watched the Harbinger mill around the kitchen silently.
"I like raisins." Capitano said, as he placed a jar of chutney in one of the cupboards.
"Well I don't!" Rowan burst out indignantly. "They're yucky and icky and squishy and gross and I hate them." While his words were angry, his tone bordered more on joking.
"You hate me?" Capitano turned to Rowan and tilted his head to the side - his helmet still remained firmly on, as it often did for the first few hours after he arrived home after a long stretch of time spent away on missions.
"Yep. Sorry, you need to find a new catboy to look after your cabin." Rowan shrugged in a nonchalant manner.
"I'll have Pantalone post an advertisement." Capitano took the joke in stride, a ghost of a smile pulling at his lips at his partner's familiar antics.
"Wait, no." Rowan began to backpedal immediately. "No no no. No." He scrunched up his face and grabbed onto the lapels of Capitano's coat, giving them a firm tug. "I'm territorial. You can't get a new catboy. Or girl. Or anything."
Capitano let out a low puff of amusement and stepped a little closer to Rowan, wrapping his arms around him and pulling him flush against his chest.

I headcanon Capitano's 'real' name to be Maleko, so on soft occasions i'd possibly call him 'eko', but usually it's just 'Cap', 'Capi' 'Tano' or some variation thereof.
I imagine he tends to call me things like 'cub' or 'pup' just because of My Vibes, but another one he's fond of is 'bambi' (tbh i made the story (or some variation thereof) canon in my version of teyvat simply because i like the nickname so much sfhkjdfsnk

1. Pop — What's the sweetest or nicest thing your f/o has done for you?
I imagine Capitano does a lot of more subtle things to make sure im happy and comfortable, like putting himself between me and others, stepping in when i'm getting overwhelmed and making sure i have a way out, chauffeuring me around (mostly in modern AUs) but also just using his status to make sure im happy, healthy and not bothered. like im okay being a stay at home boywife for him!!!! this house will be the most maked home ever of all time
2. Rock — What's something you and your f/o are proud of each other for?
I think mine for Cap would just be .. the fact that he's managed to still stay soft and hopeful and kind even after all he's seen. Like, he doesn't immediately assume the worst despite being exposed to it day after day. He still takes time to enjoy the little things.
I think... The other way around, I guess, he'd be proud of my determination. I'm not always great about how i do it, but I've got a good record of continuing to plod along (thumbs up)

I think, colour-wise, he'd associate me with .. lush, deep greens. Not my favourite colour, or one I wear commonly, but I imagine that's high praise coming from Capitano. Considering how much he's grown used to bleak white snowscapes, or ash-strewn battlefields, something that symbolises life so strongly means a lot to him. I guess I have this cheesy idea about how i'd be that sort of colour to him since i sort of wormed my way into his life and made myself at home and kept him company during his down time to brighten it up a little.
For sounds, it'd likely just be the ambient sound of me ticcing and stimming, or echoing his words. Or just my general clatter around the house (i'm very clumsy). Scents would probably be sweets and/or berries. I love me some sweets. mhm.
Capitano... I'd associate him with deep navy blues, so dark that they're almost black, but sort of .. comforting in their absoluteness. And black, but with that slight matte sheen that almost looks a little silvery in some lighting. For smells, pine comes to mind, as well as just... general warehouse dust? alternatively, when he's just come back home, that cold windblown smell you sort of end up with when you've been out in the wind for a long time, with just a tinge of iron to it. Sounds would probably just be the clanking of his armour/rustling of heavy clothes, as well as his footsteps. Though I imagine when we're spending down time together he'll occasionally shuffle about and clear his throat even though he doesn't need to, just so I know he's still there and okay <3
