The pirate shook his head, taking up Liam's hand in his own and giving it a squeeze. He might not have had much affection for Robin's brother, but he was as close to family that he had here. And the devastation Robin would go through if he lost Liam would be inconsolable. 

"Ya' tol' me I wasn' allowed ta leave, well neither are you. He coul' always live withou' me...bu' no' 'is brother." His free hand held pressure to the gaping wound, attempting to at least slow the bleeding. "All, ya've got ta do is hol' on a short while longer."

Liam’s lips tugged into a grin, then a full out smile. “Really?” he asked, just to be sure.

"Really," God he couldn't believe he was saying this. How was this happening? He was okay. "I love you." That felt to amazing.

He stopped breathing, looking at Liam. He didn’t break away from his gaze but was mind was lost somewhere else in the morning silence. An arm wrapping around his waist a smile surfaced, “I love you too.”

"Well, what's the problem? You've got a lot of nerve!"

"There isn't problem Liam but.." he walked away from him and into the bathroom squirting toothpaste onto his brush. "I just need my space okay. I can't tell you right now." Walking back into the room to see Liam he stuck the toothbrush into his mouth.
