      1. DO THEY PREFER TO WEAR HEADPHONES OR EARBUDS WHEN LISTENING TO MUSIC? honestly, skyler is far from a music snob. she’d usually just find whatever pair of earbuds she could find around the house ( having a teenage son and all, they often went missing ) - but when shit started to hit the metaphorical fan, she would often sneak into flynn’s room while he was at school, and borrow a pair of his noise cancelling headphones, just to be able to have a moment of silence and block out everything else around her.      3. DO THEY USUALLY EAT MILD, MEDIUM, OR SPICY SALSA? definitely mild to medium. it’s not that skyler can’t handle the spice ( which she is sure to defend herself with if anyone were to nag her about it ), it’s that she prefers the taste that comes through with the milder salsa. 

     10. DO THEY USE INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR TUMBLR? she’s never gotten the point of instagram, and as for tumblr, the answer is also no ( in fact, she probably wouldn’t know what it was if it wasn’t for her son explaining it to her ). but she does have a facebook account, which she used religiously during her two pregnancies to keep her friends and family updated, as well as with walt’s cancer so that people knew how to stay in touch. however, when drugs and meth started to come into play, she started using it less and less. she did run a facebook page for the A1 car wash, however, to post updates and on-going sales and such, being the smart business woman that she is, but that page has since been abandoned. (◡‿◡✿) 

    14. HOW DID THEY DO ACADEMICALLY IN HIGH SCHOOL? she did all-around well, often being on the honor roll. however, she did particularly well in her english and math classes, writing and working with numbers being her strong points. marie was always better when it came to history and science, two classes that, while skyler didn’t do horribly in, she never found as much interest in.

   21. WHAT IS THE WEIRDEST THING YOU’RE LIKELY TO FIND IN THEIR ROOM? maybe a gun or something that walter dropped by accident once who knows. no but for the most part, her contents of the bedroom are pretty straight forward. she kept a knife under her pillow for a long period of time but, as far as the weirdest thing goes, if you were to look very, very closely, you’d find a small vibrator hidden away. it was given to her by her sister as a joke at her bachelorette party so many years ago, and she never found a real reason to use it until being around her husband not only disgusted her, but at times, frightened her. so, she hung onto it, just for practical purposes.   

   24. WHEN FORCED TO DO A GROUP PROJECT WITH OTHER PEOPLE, WHAT ROLE DO THEY USUALLY PLAY? skyler was always the leader in her group projects, especially if those projects involved equations or numbers, simply because she usually had the greatest grasp on those things and found comfort in being control of the situation. she’s always had pretty good leadership skills, and she put those to use during group projects. 

   45. LORD OF THE RINGS OR HARRY POTTER? neither is her particular cup of tea, but if she had to pick one, her poison would be harry potter - only because she once got roped into watching one of the lord of the rings movies with her son and husband, and she couldn’t believe that the movie was nearly three hours long ( in all honesty, she stopped paying attention after the first half hour ). after that, she altogether swore off lord of the rings.

  50. WHAT DO THEY THINK IS THE MEANING OF LIFE? she thought she knew, once, when she and her husband were happy and life was simple, with their son and the news of a daughter on the way. despite some normal financial trouble here and there, things were almost perfect, and she could have given you a definition for her “meaning of life” right there, but now, after everything’s that happened, she’s not sure she could give you one.

                    when the door to the car wash office opens, she doesn’t immediately think much of it, too engrossed in her own stress over the papers in her hands. however, when she does lift her eyes, she stares a long, extra minute, not sure what to make of it.  ❛  what . . . what are you doing here? ❛  bewildered tone is coupled with raised eyebrows.
