🍵 pokémon

Oh this is a very touchy one

So i overarchingly like pokemon

I have gripes about how the game is handled in terms of things like game gimmicks constantly showing up then going away

But the most annoying insult was the loss of pokemonamie bc i wanna pet all my pokemon so they know i love them

In terms of story i have no idea about anything and i like keeping it that way

I want no knowledge about it bc im buying a pokemon game, and if i get it and i feel like its not a pokemon game then it would be based off of my own experience with that media and not swayed via the community.

While i think some games are better than others i dont think that any have been bad, but there are weaker games or cases where something could have been dlc as newer titles launch.

I feel like home could have bridged the gaps i miss but they only have it as a glorified and expensive pokebank. Yeah trading or whatever, but also like, why not just allow it to not be on a cloud too.

I have no idea where pokemon will go with its decisions, but i do hope that they are able to iron out what they want to do .

But at the end of the day what everyone forgets is that its a game for 10-13 year olds. And that means there needs to be connections made to that demographic. Profits are still a factor for everything, and regardless of size, gamefreak is still a company that is trying to make money (distribution of funds and usage also to be considered).

As long as i am in wonder and awe for the game, then i will say that it was a good title.

This is all mostly disjointed thinking, but yeah i like pokemon.
