Prosecco can indeed age and age well. I guess it depends on the producer/ winemaker. Wine has been made on this estate since the 1300’s. Lorenzo Palla took me through this outstanding tasting in Trevisana. This property has been in the family since the early ‘70’s. This area is also unique in that it includes both Asolo and Montello. At their Giavera Estate there are over 23 hectares dedicated to the creation of this outstanding Prosecco Superiore of The DOCG Asolo...
