I told myself a couple of months ago if I ever bought another Diver any time soon it better be fucking amazing. Like Matt Doughty level amazing. So here we are once again with a new Diver from CappySpace (@cappy_1717). Welcome to what fucking amazing looks like. The Guardian Diver sports a Coast Guard bright Red with black trim inspired color scheme with some additional blue and white to set it apart. In fact if you changed the blue to black you would have a more Firefighter style suit and an almost instant homage to GI Joe's Barbecue so keep that in mind if you decide the '89 Deep Six Diver homage (see Vaughn Basic Diver) from Toy Pizza needs a friend. The Deluxe Heavy Arms come in translucent red and like the Bio-Mass Diver this second colorway really sets the figure apart from some of the earlier figure entries. However, it's the little design touches and flow of the colors available that seals the deal to put it over the Bio-Mass Diver. These figures deserve to be bought in pairs as you should always have a diving buddy. Personally I get reminded of an obscure Roger Moore film: ffolkes (aka North Sea Hijack) so this will be my go-to counter-terrorism consultant Rufus Excalibur ffolkes for now on.
