The last scene of Our Girl... for those who might have missed it.
Our Girl Finale
Sorry about that...
Okay so that was a roller-coaster and a half.
First... CHARLES? Really? Okay I can do Charles... Charlie... it's actually a cute name for him and the more I think about it the more I like it.
Second... Oh poor Smurf... I had an inkling when Captain Charles (as I will now want to refer to him as)was looking better in he hospital that something would happen with Smurf... I thought suicide and maybe I should have seen his odd behaviour as an indication to something else but hey, I'm not medically trained. Also... poor Mrs Smurf. Loosing one son would have been devastating but loosing both your sons must be unthinkable.
Third... I love the boys (the other members of under fives) I think they were all brilliant in the whole thing and even though I was focused on Molly and Captain Charles I loved the comic relief of them.
Now fourth... Molly and Captain Charles... what can I say... LOVE THEM! But since when has the BBC been shy of showing PDA? It was such a tease... and I'm a HUGE fan of romance and love an on screen kiss... so a little more would have been nice. However the moments between Molly and Captain Charles were heart warming and delicious.
I will have to watch it a few more times just to make sure I didn't miss anything... I liked how Molly went back to Afgan and saw that Bashira was okay but through the whole thing I was worried that something was going to happen to her.
That's all for now... wow sorry for the long post but that's what happens with such a good series finale.
Peace out!
