My OCs, Disco Goldfish and Captain Crab, doing a scene from Minions: Rise of Gru

I watched Rise of Gru with some of my little cousins and I thought it was weird as hell that Wild Knuckles is the one to set up an elaborate death trap with an enormous disco record? Belle Bottom is the one with a disco diva motif going on. She's the one that Gru meets under a record store. That should have been Belle Bottom's death trap. Wild Knuckles should have had like a motorcycle that crashes into a brick wall or something.

Okay I'm posting about Captain Crab it's Captain Crab posting time. you will hear about the first OC I ever made and you will like it okey? Okay.

Captain Crab is a crab that was given superhero powers from exposure to industrial waste that was illegally dumped on the beach. He has incredible strength, his shell is super-durable, super-speed, he can cut through almost anything with his pincers, and he has a lesser-used ability to fire his pincers off of his arms like rocket-propelled boxing gloves and then regrow them.

Captain Crab has some weaknesses. Like all crabs, he is especially vulnerable freshly after a molt, when his shell hasn't hardened yet and he can't move as well. Outside of saltwater his powers are lessened, with his powers becoming weaker the longer he spends out of it until he is eventually no more powerful than any other crab. His shell maintains its durability, however.

Captain Crab was inspired to do good after once getting trapped in a plastic bucket with several other crabs by a child at the beach. As each of the crabs started trying to climb to get themselves out of the bucket, they would inadvertently grab onto each other's legs and pull each other down, so that as any one crab got closer to the top, they would immediately get pulled down again. Captain Crab realized that their individualistic thinking was going to doom them all, so he started talking to the other crabs, and organized them to start holding each other up instead of trying to climb over each other. They were able to do a stack against the side, and make the bucket topheavy enough to tip over and let them escape.

Another foe for Captain Crab - the Mime-ic Octopus (name pending).

He is an octopus who turned to crime after his day job as a mime wasn't paying the bills. Then he got exposed to toxic waste and gained the ability to shape-shift.

He can do any shape, including complex machines, but he can only color himself flat black and white
