I found this wild Captain Drake outside and took him in. He seems ok, but he keeps doing this weird lip bite thing, is he okay?

Firstly I do need to say that taking in wild animals is incredibly irresponsible, and if he was really hurt you should've turned the Drake in to a wildlife rehab center, but if you knew he was domesticated and without a home then I'll let it slide. Make sure to get him checked at a vet though.

Lip biting is typically a normal trait of Captain Drakes, though the reasons can vary. Typically they're a way to try and communicate with their owners or others in the riptide family. It could also be a tactic to try and get a mate, as I've seen displayed through a Drake or two trying to woo the Chip that I own. He'll either tucker himself out or you can try communicating back with him. I suggest using buttons, as that can be enriching for him! Training Drakes can be a very rewarding experience!
