He can read on, what like a 3 grade level to 4 grade level he can't read well because he can understand most things just not complicated things.

Can't do any math outside of basic time and addition and basic subtraction.

Bubba

Can read surpisingly well he can read and string togather basics like: cat, dog, blue, red, the big wolf jumps over the horny dog.

Cant do math outside of basic 1-10 addition
