damn i love orlando jones
he was amazing as anansi in n*il g*iman's american gods (if you wanna watch, pirate! do not support n*il g*iman!) and i still wish we would've seen more of anansi and wednesday
but i started watching sleepy hollow (i think it's a little corny, ichabod is a knock-off of benedict cumberbatch's sherlock) and despite this not being an extravagant dark comedy like american gods, orlando jones is great
I can't even watch Sleepy Hollow without being bitter about Captain Irving. Besides the obvious, he got his soul stolen? ?? His daughter was put in a wheelchair for the rest of her life ??
So I’m not misremembering, right? The Irvings just vanished to the cornfield and were never mentioned again, right? I have such a bigger problem with that than I do with all the ghouls and monsters and such. What kind of town just lets a family dissapear?!
