hello forsaken fandom here is my contribution since i learned my old interest is in the game

i spam liked all of ur captain posting how does it feel to be right about everything all the time .......... anyway my thoughts : i feel like ilya as a captain knows how to work with people and he likes feeling like he has power over them so he works to get Reactions yk like im doing this to make you better so if ur on his team ur basically getting bullied all the time but he pushes the right buttons and it really does bring out the best in u!! n if u fuck up u will get reminded of it all the timmeee but uk he's got ur back like he literally loves you ride or die fr!!! as opposed to shane what u said he views them as his responsibility so he's very approachable and actually helps all of them improve significantly ....he's only really particularly hard on himself bc it's his job to make them good but he has to be the Best( after tlg this extends to ilya too now They have to be the Best ...angst potential )an excellent leader but quite detached so not much camraderie like ofc we won we were literally supposed to??

unfortunately i think the only other person shane demands excellence from other than himself is ilya HAHA. sorry bro tough break!

but if you are his teammate and you act like a failure i feel like shane will see that more as a fault with himself rather than you. and he will like, adjust. to me shane "15 in the league is my closest friend" hollander is not like, some cutthroat sink or swim kinda captain.

ilya rozanov on the other hand i feel like would be fucking brutal. i feel like the merciless bullying he subjects hayden to is probably somewhat similar to how he treats teammates who act like an idiot on the ice. like if you fuck up a pass or are generally a mediocre player ilya will NEVVERRR let you forget it. he's bringing it up CONSTANTLY and he's delivering these brutally hilarious chirps at your expense and everyone's laughing at you and he's humiliating you in front of your teammates until you shape up and get better
