You may have posted it before but I DID look through for tags first.

What does the outside of puukos house/home look like?

I think i had posted a draft doodle I'd made a loooong time ago but I probably deleted it bc im terrible at drawing buildings especially. I'll do my best to explain if I can!

She lives high up in the lonely mountains, in a big open clearing up against a cliff. The area's nestled in by hills, and mostly rocky terrain, soil and trees and such. The clearing is wide and open, and depending on the season and what she's up to, her yard's set up for passersby to use, tents and log stools and a firepit and such.

The actual house itself started as a pretty small log shack, just a door and roof. Over time, she's had folks in the valley help out to expand it. (I mean, just look at the episode where they build snork's workshop for the airship lol) So from the front, it looks a bit like a shack got crashed into by a ship and then that shackship crashed into a tower. The middle section of the house is made with wreckage and made to look sorta like a ship (pirates episode 90s series), with the roof being the deck complete with railings and mast, and on that deck is a few posts that hold up a fabric awning. The tower on the right side if you're facing it resembles moominhouse in shape and is smaller overall than moominhouse, but is tall enough to where you can see the sea from the walkway built around the tower. It's all connected inside, though.

Out front built into the "hull" of the ship portion is an overhang with, sort of like a porch underneath. There's a counter top built into the outside, with a window, and stools set out. It's meant to keep up the appearance that she runs a shop out of it, but she hardly ever actually uses it.

Here's a really crumby doodle so you can get a better idea what I mean. I've put a lot of thought into the way her house looks and the area around where she lives, but it's not something that's easy to communicate non-visually. One day I'll find someone willing to work with me on getting a proper painting of it! When I can afford it asdfjcnsincdn

Its a really grandiose looking place, but its actually pretty shabby when you get close to it. It's got lots of room for guests, but she rarely has more than one or two.

Today’s Flickr photo with the most hits was taken at the TITANIC Museum in Belfast. It’s a seabed photo of Captain Smith’s bathroom - the tub and its control taps startlingly visible. Looking at the surviving pipework: he had a bath like this one (this shot taken in Kinloch Castle, Isle of Rum).

N7 month - Day 9 - Respite Well I am a day late but I was having too much respite from my works, and I had to deal with my works as well. xD Anyway. Finished. (Also yes, you have to look closely at her belly and you will see a tiny black space hamster. I know, black on black isn’t the best but little hammy Sebastian does not care, he just wants to chill.)
