Kuroo Relationship Headcanons
Kuroo is the type of significant other that constantly looks to surprise his partner with dates, flowers, letters, anything that reminds them that he cares deeply for them.
Although he hates to admit it in front of anyone, he is a HUGE cuddler. As soon as his partner comes home he practically tackles them onto the floor, couch, or bed and locks them in his entanglement of long limbs and muscle where they remain for about an hour depending on whether or not they both fall asleep.
Kuroo loves seeing his partner’s facial expressions so he does things to shock them in public to see how they’ll react. Whether it’s PDA or something a bit more interesting…
Though he’s a provocation expert, he hates getting into arguments with his significant other. He’d be the first to break in an argument unless it was something very serious and potentially threatening to their relationship.
He is so protective it can be embarrassing, like making sure his partner wears a helmet if their going on a cycling trip, or a life-vest in a boat even though he knows that they can swim well. If he sees shady figures he puts his arm around his partner’s shoulder and holds them real close so that everyone knows that there is a strict “private property” emphasis on his partner.
