Formaggio meets and hits it off with someone cute at bar. They hang out in calmer settings often getting lunch together. And no alcohol!
They talk and find out more about each other. Formaggio lies about his job, and they reveal they are a florist at a small shop. Formaggio asks them questions about what exactly they do as a florist. “You sell just flowers and shit, right?” His date laughs because’s he’s unintentionally crass.
They explain the intricacies of flower arrangements. Formaggio says, “That sounds boring as hell.” They invite him to come into their shop after closing to show him what exactly they do.
Takes him a while to actually go cause he’s lazy, and when he’s finally there, he’s impressed and awed by how much work they actually have to do.
They invite him to create his own bouquet and centerpiece. He’s pretty unwilling, not finding it within the character of an assassin. But he likes his date enough to try.
Turns out he’s a natural, and it’s pretty soothing and relaxing. His date is delighted and even takes a picture with him showing it off. He’s pretty proud and surprisingly bashful, rubbing the back of his neck and smiling ear to ear.
His date gives him nice accessories to go with it and insists he takes it home. He leaves it though cause he can’t stand the thought of the others mocking him for it.
Formaggio finds himself going over to the flower shop more and more often and helping out cause he has a good eye for flower arranging.
The rest find his behavior suspicious and interrogate him. Illuso is the one to find out and tell others. Illuso finds it funny, the others are amused, Prosciutto thinks it’s unbecoming for an assassin.
Eventually, they confront him about it and Formaggio is pissed. He stops going to the flower shop and he’s in a sour mood for most of the week.
His date now confronts him and orders him to take his arrangements home to show the others that he’s proud and strokes his ego. “I doubt anyone has a good eye like you!”
He’s uncharacteristically shy about it. He leaves it on the table and goes to his room. The others gather around it and examine it. They’re impressed because Formaggio did THAT?
Risotto sees it and looks it over and smiles. He takes it to his office. He needs some life in his dark office.
This makes Formaggio happy and he starts to bring more of his creations him. Everyone in La Squadra has something he’s made in their room
