I’ve always preferred a printed out character sheet. It’s too easy to get distracted if I need to be online and what not. (Also as a player too much temptation to try to find the monster we’re fighting on Dndbeyond)

The other thing is a lot of my campaigns are mostly online and even though I can now work across my laptop and monitor screen I prefer not to be looking away/switching between things. I do it sometimes when I'm DM-ing for quick search up things etc, but as a player I prefer to just focus on what's happening

He’s officially rubbed it in too thick when he claims, “I’m utterly lost without you.”

“You’re utterly up my arse,” Lily scoffs, rounding the next corner on the fifth floor. She swears she just saw a blue scarf dart around this way, but now the Ravenclaw is eluding her. She lets out an exasperated sigh.

“I’m utterly lost without you,” he repeats, grinning.

“Shut up,” Lily says. Then she kisses him.

While i completely agree woth your point about the starks and dany comparing themselves to their animals. Wouldn't it be very different for someone to want to reclaim the home they grew up in then for someone wantong to reclaim the throne of a country they've never been to, that an ancestor they never met conquered and who's line of descendants brought as much evil as they did good? I mean i love Dany and the show did her dirty and she woulda been the best queen. I just think that one falls flat

I hope this isn’t rude but I think your logic is a bit flawed.

Sure, you could say it’s unfair to compare Daenerys wanting to reclaim and rule a place she didn’t grow to the Starks wanting to reclaim and rule what they did grow up in.

The thing is that it’s not like this is generations of generations of Targaryens being in exile, she was conceived in Kingslanding and would have been born and raised in there had Roberts Rebellion not have happened. Her family reigned there for literally three hundred years. Her mother and father lived and ruled there. Had Aerys not sent Rhaella and Viserys to Dragonstone, they all would have most likely been slaughtered alongside Elia, Rhaenys and Aegon. Daenerys story is very much about home, ever since she was old enough to comprehend, her brother was telling her of how they would take back their home. Hell, Viserys sold her like a horse and told her he’d allow 40,000 men rape her and their horses too if it got him his army, so they could go home.

Daenerys was born in Westeros, to say that she’s never been to the ‘country’ is incorrect. Sure she was a baby, an infant, but it’s still her place of birth and the place where her family had reigned for three whole centuries prior.

I’m not sure what this has to do with anything or than prove my point that there is a double standard when it comes to Daenerys and the Starks even further.

The exact same thing could be said about the Starks. The First Men ‘conquered’ the North, and the Stark children have never met them.

Daenerys's father being a terrible and evil King doesn't erase the other terrible Kings of winter and horrible lords of Winterfell did that existed before. So I ask, why should Daenerys be punished for the crimes and bad deeds that those before her committed, but the Stark children aren’t? Why shouldn’t you be asking the same question about the Starks when they want to reclaim their home? Every system brings “good” and “bad” to the table. The Starks are loved by the North, but that doesn’t mean they don’t profit off of the poor / peasants labor. Also, this doesn’t erase the fact that a poor / horrible Stark ruler could still emerge in the future. The system is inherently flawed, that’s the problem with hereditary monarchy in general.

morgan stark: said shit. she's a little kid. she shouldn't cuss. that's bad. also she told tony "define lunch or be disintegrated" which meant that she was gonna KILL him and also she stole the rescue helmet out of tony's workshop so she's rude and a thief and threatened to kill her dad, AND she appears to love her dad, who is a known war criminal,

doc palmer: I literally remember nothing from that movie but uhh she didn't trust stephen right away when he astral projected to talk to her. argued with him about whether they were going to call it the strange-palmer or palmer-strange technique which is rude, the polite thing to do would be to let him put his name first

monica rambeau: got ketchup on carol's leather jacket, which is thoughtless and disrespectful,

Alternate theory Fjord is Hakoda

oh.....good take but i still argue that Fjord is Sokka: underrated intelligence and charisma, intentionally uses humor to deflate tension and keep from talking about himself, is low-key keeping the whole group together, feels Responsible whenever something bad happens to someone because he thinks he should have protected them even if objectively it was not on him....

fjord is hakoda in the same way that sokka is hakoda, in that in some ways that’s where his arc is going and in some ways it’s not

oh you know what, I 100% bet it was, that would absolutely make sense. the reuse of dialogue from his last scene with Han was done very well, but it would have actually been SUPER affecting done over again with Leia.

I agree with the bulk of your post about Endgame doing Tony dirty for an arc between the snap and the time heist. Except for one thing. I don't think that arc should have taken place in endgame. Play out the arc in an Ironman 4 it works put it in Endgame and you turn a team up movie into Ironman 4. But i would have loved to see a movie for each of the 6 on what they did between the snap and the time heist. Instead of cutting Nat helping orphans they vould have made a whole movie about it.

tbh I don’t even feel like endgame is a team up movie, the avengers barely communicate like a team, they don’t even fight like the Titan team in IW, where there’s a team tactic and everyone gets to use their own power to complement each other and get shit done, endgame is a movie of different individuals, it’s not what a team up movie is supposed to be 😭like I feel a stronger sense of team with the Titan team in IW, Revengers in Ragnarok, Guardians and the 2012 Avengers movie, like they break the Avengers up in civil war but they never actually allow them to talk.. another reason they use the 5 year gap is to simply let time pass so Tony will get over it himself, like that’s so shitty but it’s what the director commentary is basically saying 

omg yeah I’m mad about them cutting Nat orphanage and Rhodey being VP too, Ugh and individual movies of how they deal with that 5 years would be nice but the thing is I don’t even want there to be a 5 year gap, it’s what I was saying bc just imagine what a different movie we would have gotten if they had a different direction and that direction didn’t involved a close path of killing some characters, and that direction would actually allow characters to act how they would have act, and if Tony were allowed to feel how he was supposed to feel and act on his ‘I shouldn’t be alive unless it was for a reason’ mo and drive to find the answer to why Stephen saved his life, and how he could turn the thing around, we probably would have actually gotten a real team up movie because you would then see Tony being the drive to fix the problem and his goal would then align with Steve and they would work through their issues like real people and whatever the answer that would be the Avengers would do it as a team not a collection of individuals… all the could have been 😔
