blog name change announcement!

or, ‘the blog formerly known as captainjayharkness’!

have no fear, dear ol’ jack still owns my right ventricle, but as this blog is a mix of things now (and actually predominantly ouat these days, heh) I figured something a little more neutral would be good. and this one matches my AO3 name (CapnJack) a little bit more so that’s nice! 

there’s also a new avatar to keep an eye on, so there’s a lot to enjoy.

Heya! I haven't had a chance to comment on CYFIRN yet, but I just wanted you to know I'm really, really enjoying it. And as a writer I'm in total awe of your frequency of updates! I also saw you were having a lil trouble with reactions to your portrayal of Liam, and I just wanted you to know I think he's spot on characterised like the show. Caring but hugely stubborn to a fault (that's how he died, let's not forget). I think you're doing an awesome job, and can't wait to see how it wraps!

I only update so frequently because I’ve already finished it hahaha I’m surprised that more authors don’t write the majority of their fic before posting but I suppose life gets in the way of ideal situations like that!

Hehe, thanks :). This is basically how I write when I'm not in a rush, a.k.a. trying to keep up with lecturers while taking notes ;). Then.. my handwriting is slightly different. Even so bad that I can't always read it myself, haha :D
