You are not right with God because your family is Christian. You are not even right with God because you read the Bible.

You are ONLY right with God through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. Good works, church attendance, Bible reading, sin killing… all these things glow FROM Jesus. Apart from Jesus you will never be right with God.
