Kennyo: Have you ever sought for vengeance against someone or something?

Admin Yukari: I wouldn’t call it vengeance, per se. Just me turning into Regina George briefly for fun with my sisters haha. Anyway, STORY TIME. 

At a funeral for one of our clan members, my mom’s ex-best friend (who is a complete back-stabbing bitch that turned all of my mom’s sister-in-laws against her for no reason, I should add), showed up and pretended that she was part of the church choir just to make herself look good among the guests. I could see that she was mumbling the lyrics and didn’t really know the songs because I sat up front and started laughing. So after she tried that feat, my sisters and I deviously decided to “convince” her to sing a solo in memory of our clan member. We said that if she didn’t, it would be such “a letdown because her voice was so pretty and it would be dishonorable if she couldn’t do it in memory of our fallen clan member.” Let’s just say she got nervous AF because she obviously wasn’t prepared to sing in front of everyone like that but she did it anyway because we spoke to her in front of our elders. It was a mess LOL But my sisters and I had fun watching her shake and regret trying to impress our clan members. At one point, I glanced back at my mom because she looked so confused about the entire situation but all I could do was smile back and tell her not to worry.

Then after the service was over and everyone was having lunch, my sisters and I called for a speech and “thanked” her for singing for our beloved clan member. Mind you, there were over 200+ people in that banquet hall, and no one said a word or clapped for her with us. She knew we were mocking her and deliberately pretended to not hear us, while all my snakey aunts stared at us in horror. From what I hear from her relatives, she always double-checks that my sisters and I don’t show up to the same funerals that she attends in fear that we will conspire to corner her in some way or another. 

TLDR: Don’t mess with my mom or family members. I will come after you in a mean girl fashion. 

Admin Toreishi: Does Mitsuhide count? Jk! No, I don’t want to live my life like that with vengeance in my heart. And trust me, there have been instances where I should feel that way. I just choose to always move on and never look back.

Motonari: What is one thing that you treasure the most?

Admin Yukari: My silver Seiko watch that my parents gave me for Christmas in my senior year of high school. I was about to go to college and be on my own, so I figured it would be nice to have a watch to keep me organized. I hadn’t asked for anything except for that, so my father took me to go get it the day after Christmas and he customized it so that it could fit on my super small wrist. I’ve been wearing this watch every day since I was 17. 

Admin Toreishi: My cat, Theodore, is my life. He’s more than my pet. He’s my fur baby. My life. My everything. He’s my reason to keep going even if he’s clawing the life out of me. As for a personal item, I have this $10 JC Penney ring that everyone seems to think is an engagement ring because it looks real to be fake. I love fooling people with it.

The breeze that tousled playfully with your hair was filled with the incessant crash of waves and the harsh cries of seagulls, sand warm and soft between your toes as you surveyed the shoreline. Nobunaga’s proud profile hovered in the corner of your eye, arms folded and his stance wide and possessive. Claiming ownership of even the small dune you were both perched atop of, his horse nibbling curiously at the sea-grass behind him.

“And we just…look at it?” His voice held no small measure of perplexity.

“Well, no…” You shuffled, a bit awkwardly. “When I come from, we’d go to the seashore on hot days to swim. Have picnics and play in the water, that sort of thing. My brother and I would have races when we were children, seeing who could reach the water first when we hopped out of the car.”

A tiny line formed between his brows, the one he got whenever you mentioned some esoteric thing from the future he didn’t entirely understand. “Car? Were they used for this race?”

Mischief curled your lips as inspiration struck, and you tossed a look over your shoulder at him, thinking that you’d finally perhaps found something you could beat him at, even if it meant cheating. “No, a foot race. Like this - last one to the water is a rotten egg!“

And at that you took off, hiking up the skirt of your clothing as best you could, thankful you’d worn something of your own design for this outing that was somewhat less stifling than most sengoku attire. The sand shifted, slipped beneath your feet until you hit the point at which it was damp and then it slapped, hard against the sole of your foot with each stride. Laughing breathlessly you dared to look back over your shoulder just before reaching the foaming line of lapping waves, expecting to see Nobunaga still standing atop the dune, frowning.

Instead, you choked on a squeal as your view was suddenly full of tossing horse-head and the pound of hooves, Nobunaga’s haori billowing out behind him as he thundered past like the great black wings of the devil himself. Surf churned up beneath his horse’s prancing steps as Nobunaga reigned him in, spraying salt and sand up in gritty droplets that clung to your clothes and skin.

“Nobunaga! That’s cheating!” you fumed, brushing at the mess.

He laughed, dark and rich and self-satisfied. “You never told me the rules, so how could I possibly break them?” He urged his horse closer with the nudge of one knee, sidling up next to you, a sly grin ambling across his face. “You never laid out the prize for winning either, so I guess I will have to decide on that too.”

His arm reached down and circled your waist, hauling you up atop the saddle before him effortlessly as you shrieked with surprise, his horse shifting at the sudden change in weight. His thumb rose to brush a few grains of sand off your chin before slanting his lips across yours. His hand, so hot against your cool cheek, smoothed down to frame your jaw, tilting your head to open you for his kiss, the tang of salt riding his tongue as it met yours. “To the victor go the spoils,” he murmured from a wicked breath away, taking your lip between his teeth in a harsh nip he soothed moments later. Words were scattered, along with your thoughts - but if you’d had any you might have pointed out that there were hardly any complaints about losing on your end.

From this askmeme.  First off...I”m dumb and don’t look anything up so I know skittles outside of historical stuff.

Yoshimoto: I feel bad that I keep forgetting this one’s name.  I like his design.  I know many that go “oh no, too girly” but I honestly like it.  Gives me Nuriko (Fushigi Yuugi) vibes.

Ranmaru: I’m not a fan of shota, so like other shota, he will probably at best get lumped in the “I like him well enough” category.  Though, I am curious what they will do with the historical lover part of his story...since he and Nobunaga were lovers.

Motonari: He was funny in the chibi series.  Also, SEIYUU BIAS!  I love Konishi Katsuyuki and anything to remind me of lovely Reiji is a definite “I gotta check dis out”.  I also really like his design.  More times than not, I am a person who likes dark hair, but here I am fawning over not one, not two, but THREE pale headed males.  Cybird what have you done to me?  And him being a pirate’s already got some heated romantic appeal.  I am looking forward to his route the most.

THIS IS FANTASTIC AHAHA!! i agree, mitsunaris hair looks soft and wonderful. i think masamunes alignment may just be chaotic good? nobunagas seems chaotic… neutral. he does value power and gain, and does honestly whatever he wants. though i wonder also if he could verge into the evil alignment somehow.
