“I am only human.”

     Human.

     The world struck her as odd suddenly, hearing the girl use it as an apology for some minor mistake she had made. It shouldn’t have made the Indominus think so hard, and some mass of doubt began to pit in the bottom of her stomach.

     She glanced at the girl, seeing a genuine expression from her and the tall woman glanced away quietly.

“Aren’t we all?”

“Excuse me but do you SEE anything out of place in this room? If you’re going to be insulting someone’s clean room you need to go about six feet to the left.”

     She’s downright INSULTED by such a remark. Sure sometimes Indominus would fly into some kind of rage every once in awhile and just DEMOLISH her room, sometimes to the put of being removed as others fixed her mess. But otherwise, her room was SPOTLESS and if someone tripped over one of her plants then that was THEIR issue.

     Empty eyes stared through frosted glass at the dark form beyond the thick wall. A pale palm touched the cool surface as her gaze fell upon the other. She knew not who- or what it was, but she felt some base anger within her soul at seeing the other.

     And then it moved towards the glass, and she felt her heart rate jump.
