Her heart hurt so much seeing him like this; she wanted to hold onto him and never let go. But what good would that do? It probably would make things much worse would it not? She wanted to help him; but there was only so much you could do wasn’t there? She could heal everything on the outside but the memories is something she couldn’t do, if she could she’d rid of the times with her father; playing her like his puppet ( she knew in some ways she still was. ) She knew oh so well escaping the past was impossible, scars are forever imprinted in the mind aren’t they?
She plays with the ends of her hair turning to look at him, “even if it doesn’t hurt on the outside...it hurts on the inside correct?” Eyes shut, she was doing her best to stay calm; stay her happy bubbly self but right now it was easier said than done, she was hurting and it was made worse by seeing the other like this as well. “ I know..I hurt on the inside, I want to let go of the past but...it’s like a scar on my heart that...won’t go away.” Nia’s nails dug into her palm. “ Junichirou...if you wish to talk about it, I’ll listen...as I believe I can maybe understand? But..if you wish not to tell me that is also fine! ” Her eyes opened as she held out her hand, “ I’ll always be here if you need me. ”
