Portraits in Light and Dark, 2 of 2. I attended today's #CaptureMySun Photo Walk, where we participants were encouraged to take photos showing our perspective of the Sun. One of the things that is most important when taking a portrait is that the subject should be lit well - in this respect, nothing beats natural light from the Sun. I thought I'd show both light and shadow on a person's face, and this is one of the photos I took with that in mind. This is a portrait of Pavan (@pavanthanuj). I think, in this portrait, I got the line showing light and shadow exactly in the middle, so tagging @half_and_half_project as well. Attended the #CaptureMySun Photo Walk today. It was good! Didn't take too many photos there but I got a couple of nice portraits. It's always nice going to events like this, as you get to meet people (several for the first time, and some in person for the first time).
