I’M ALIVE
It’s suddenly April, huh? When did that happen?
Fault Lines fans may have noticed that the comic did not, as previously indicated, return in January - apologies for the longer-than-planned hiatus! Rest assured the comic has not dislodged itself from its permanent place in my brain, and I’m hoping to get back to it sooner rather than later.
Here’s what’s been happening:
The day job (as alluded to in my Hourly Comics Day posts) left me much less time to work on FL than I’d been expecting in January/February,
BUT In March, I swapped to a less-high-intensity post, and I moved to part-time work at the start of April to give me more comics time,
BUT ALSO I got a 24-page comic pitch accepted by a publisher (!!!) and have been working hard on it! Actual money to do comics... imagine...
THEREFORE: Fault Lines is planned to return in late May (if not before then). I’ve got two near-finished and six work-in-progress pages on the go and, as excited as I am about this new project, I’m still VERY excited about everything that’s coming up in FL as well.
I’ll talk more about the new project in due course, but for now, here’s some initial facial expressions practice for the two protagonists, Cleo and Arina. I can’t wait to introduce you to them!
2022 got off to a weird start, but I’m getting very excited about what it’s going to bring. Thanks for following along!
Woke up from uneasy sleep to mistake the blinds for a person coming through the open window and HOLLERED at the top of my lungs. Now my brain is cheerfully encouraging me to throw myself into the sea out of embarrassment, but nobody else in this ten-person household (except my brother, who I'm sharing a room with and was only sympathetic) has come to see whether I've been murdered yet... not sure whether this is a good or bad thing.
The dragon urge to make a den and nest out of pillows and blankets, grab all nearby bones and shiny objects, place them in nest, curl up on them, and growl at anyone who comes close because den is personal space and shiny objects and bones must be kept safe in personal space
But alas, I have a human body and must act accordingly because society demands normalcy.
Ive noticed there are about two ways people draw L
Either 'cat vibes'
Or 'get this man some vitamins because he has an everything deficiency and hes almost malnourished'
I love seeing people's interpretations of either one
Introducing the wonder of @sparkbirdmusic to my friends ehe
I have seen not one, but TWO Kudoichi mpreg art pieces on less than 5 minutes.
Why is there a Kudoichi mpreg trend going on.
Not hating, just wondering.
Who started this.
Edit: it has been another 5 minutes since this post was made. I have seen 3 more posts referencing or mentioning Kudoichi mpreg
My favorite part of bsd is when Fukuchi goes to show Bram to Jouno in the airport but he just opens the coffin and doesnt say whats in it so Jouno just goes "huh?"
Because hes BLIND, Fukuchi
