Ingredients: 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup caramel sauce. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup crushed chocolate cookies optional. 1/4 cup caramel bits optional.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the cocoa powder, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in the mini marshmallows and, if desired, crushed chocolate cookies and caramel bits.
