These Caramel Nut Marshmallow Pops are a delightful treat that combines the sweetness of marshmallows with the rich flavor of caramel and the crunch of chopped nuts. Perfect for parties and gatherings!
Ingredients: 12 large marshmallows. 1 cup caramel candies. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1 cup chopped nuts e.g., peanuts, almonds, or pecans. 12 lollipop sticks. Sprinkles optional.
Instructions: After inserting a lollipop stick approximately halfway into each marshmallow, place them aside. Put the heavy cream and the caramel candies in a bowl that is safe to microwave. The caramel mixture should be microwaved for 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until the caramel is smooth and completely melted. Let the excess caramel drip off after dipping each marshmallow into the melted caramel. Make sure the marshmallows coated in caramel are evenly coated by rolling them in the chopped nuts. If you'd like, while the caramel and nuts are still tacky, top them with colorful sprinkles. To set, place the caramel-coated marshmallows on a plate or tray covered with parchment paper. Give them about thirty minutes to cool and solidify. Your Caramel Nut Marshmallow Pops are ready to eat when the caramel has hardened completely.
